With the advent of autumn one finds oneself slipping into reverie - a daydream of memories and thoughts, reflecting back on the seasons and the changes that occur in time. We celebrated the joys of Nature and light and happiness. We took pleasure in the simple moments of life. We slept under the stars or under the sun. Passing clouds,  the lullaby of cresting waves, a sleeping snake, a tiny lizard, or a resting moth were all marvels that gained our attention. Faded roses and dreams and hopes and brief encounters formed the idylls of our days.
